Hmmmm.......thinking.....thinking....I really can't come up with anything too romantic. My husband, Jack, and I never really 'go all out' on any holiday. Every Valentine's Day is special, but none stands out more than any other. I don't know if that's good or bad. Who knows, maybe this Valentine's Day will stand out more than any other. :)
Haha! Perhaps a Hershey Kiss tucked under the pillow. Or a love note written in soap on the bathroom mirror. Maybe star gazing on the deck after work.
It doesn't really matter. The important thing is that you share something with your mate out of a heart of love.
I've often thought over our 37 years that it's been the simple things that have meant the most to me.
We don't really go all out for Valentine's day either. We acknowledge it and usually do something either the weekend before or the weekend after like go out to a nice dinner. We don't usually go out on Valentine's day. We tried that before and there was a 3 hour wait, so we prefer to have dinner at home on the actual day. Now you made me think what am I cooking for dinner Thursday night?
Blessings,
Deborah
Haha! Well, lit a fire under you, anyway, for dinner Thursday night. :)
Yippee, yiyo, ladies! Lookie who wins a copy of Sex is an Act of Worship? You guessed it!
Send me your emails and I'll get an ebook to you. :)
