What's hot on my current writing scene?
My latest manuscript, Laughing with Lily, has been contracted with OakTara Publishers for release in 2013-14.
My gift book, Wit & Wisdom from the Wee Ones, is also in the works. Stay tuned for more info.
Writers are always plotting new stories. Currently, I'm almost 60 K into my current WIP: Seasons of Hope set in and around Boone, NC at my fictional Camp Hope. I grew up in Christian camping ministry so have lots of fodder for the setting and characters.
A blind woman seeks refuge at Camp Hope only to encounter the man who took her sight.
I'm also reading through the Bible for my personal quiet time and logging glimpses of God's grace throughout the Scripture. From this venture, I hope to write a devotional book titled, Breathe Deeply My Grace, written from God's point-of-view.
